Writing Heals

Writing heals. Getting something out of your head and onto a digital (or actual) piece of paper is essential to really thinking something through. Write about the things that terrify you. The things that you don’t want to be moving towards. You need to know what you don’t want things to be like. You need to define your problems, and articulate them in writing – otherwise they just float above you and are harder to deal with.

Keep writing. Write your way out of your circumstances, if you’d like to change them. Chart your course with your words, and follow that path with congruent actions.
